I'm currently a Producer for Good Morning America at ABC News, where I have been for nearly four years and produced 800+ tape pieces. I have covered some of the world's biggest headlines and have worked on a variety of topics from breaking news, international news, weather, race and culture, politics, entertainment, sports, business, pop culture, human interest, and more. Most of my time at GMA has been spent working our 11pm breaking news shift, where I grew exponentially as a producer and learned the art of crash-producing for the nation's #1 morning show.  In my time in tape, I've done it all, whether it's working as the lead tape producer on all our Israel-Hamas coverage, or crashing pop culture pieces when superstars like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé release midnight albums (you might be thinking that "crashing" and "pop culture" don't go hand-in-hand... but trust me, they do!)

Most recently, I have taken on a new role at the show, working as our Weekend Overnight Senior, which entails overseeing and senioring the entire show and team overnight. I approve scripts and pieces, launch new pieces when necessary for breaking news, ensure we are chasing the most recent reporting, work with the rundown, and provide guidance to a mostly younger staff. I also still serve as a Tape Producer for the weekday team, expanding my tape portfolio and field experience.

I take great pride and care in all my work, but as a South Asian-American, I am most proud of the pieces I have pitched and produced about my own community. I was also a part of the team that worked on ABC News' Emmy-nominated AANHPI network special. I love people deeply and that shows in both my work as a storyteller and my attitude as a team player.
